These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and n666 ("n666," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://n666.lol ("the Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting, bonus programmes, and any other services offered by n666.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with n666's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. To create and maintain an active n666 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. n666 does not permit account registration or real-money play by anyone under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of n666 or any of its associated software providers or payment processors.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from n666 or have had a prior n666 account closed for cause.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on n666. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, n666 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional information requested for the purpose of Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.

n666 implements a KYC verification process in compliance with its obligations under international anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. KYC documentation requests must be responded to within fourteen (14) calendar days. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. n666 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify n666 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

All financial transactions on the n666 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). n666 does not apply currency conversion fees to deposits or withdrawals. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time and will be reflected on the Platform's cashier page.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your n666 account are available for gaming and betting purposes immediately upon confirmed receipt. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section and vary by payment method. n666 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification as described in Section 3. n666 aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 10–15 minutes of approval, and bank transfer withdrawals within 4 hours. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. Withdrawal Method Matching: Where operationally possible, n666 reserves the right to return funds to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering control. In circumstances where this is not possible, n666 may request additional verification before processing the withdrawal via an alternative method.

n666 offers various bonus programmes including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is credited to your account. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that bonus only.

General conditions applicable to all n666 bonuses:

• Bonuses are intended for individual recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

All casino games available on n666 — including but not limited to live dealer games, slot machines, fishing arcade games, and table games — are operated using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing with independent oversight. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published in individual game information panels and are subject to verification by the relevant game provider.

Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure affecting the outcome of a game, n666 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant stake to the player's account. Winnings generated from game malfunctions are not honoured. The decision of n666 on matters of game integrity is final.

Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. n666 reserves the right to change bet limits at any time without prior notice.

Live Dealer Games: Live casino games are streamed in real time. Once a bet is confirmed and the dealing sequence has begun, bets cannot be cancelled or modified. Disconnection during a live game round does not automatically void your bet — the round will be completed according to the standard rules of the game in question.

n666 offers sports betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20 competitions), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports as listed on the Platform. All betting markets and odds are subject to availability and may be suspended, amended, or removed at any time without prior notice.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until n666 has issued an official bet confirmation number. Placing a bet does not in itself constitute acceptance by n666. n666 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason, particularly where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent intent or where the bet exceeds n666's applicable risk management limits.

Ante-Post and In-Play Betting: Ante-post markets and in-play betting are available on selected events. In-play odds may change rapidly and n666 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets placed on an incorrect price due to a manifest error may be voided at n666's discretion.

Voiding of Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, postponement beyond the applicable settlement window, verifiable system error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, or evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity in the relevant fixture.

Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per calendar day apply and are subject to change. These limits are displayed in the sports betting section of the Platform. n666 reserves the right to reduce these limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns or risk management criteria.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n666 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, and may result in legal action:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on n666 under any circumstances.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with good faith recreational gaming, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play to farm promotional credits.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. n666 is legally obligated to report suspicious financial transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with payment providers after placing bets or withdrawing funds from n666.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n666 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of gaming sessions due to technical failures beyond n666's reasonable control.

n666's total aggregate liability to any individual player in any twelve (12) month period shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their n666 account during the same period, regardless of the nature or basis of the claim.

n666 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, or connectivity issues may temporarily affect Platform availability. n666 is not liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or actions of third-party service providers.

Closure by You: You may request closure of your n666 account at any time by contacting support. Where an account closure is requested, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC obligations. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons will be processed with priority.

Closure by n666: n666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where n666 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have violated any provision of these Terms; (b) your account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or money-laundering activity; (c) you no longer meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; or (d) continuation of the account relationship would expose n666 to regulatory, reputational, or financial risk.

Where an account is closed by n666 for cause under subsection (b), n666 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where fraud or money laundering is established, to report the matter to the relevant authorities and forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which n666 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall in the first instance be submitted to n666's internal complaints procedure.

Complaints Procedure: To raise a complaint, contact n666 support at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint, your account username, and any relevant supporting evidence. n666 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of n666's internal review, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under n666's operating licence.

n666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, n666 will provide reasonable notice to registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and/or sending a notification to the contact details registered on your account, no less than fourteen (14) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account as described in Section 12.
